i had a 1991 mazda 626 hatchback with the same symptoms and i ended up changing out the master switch and that solved the problem for me

RE: power windows problem expect dirvers side
Having worked on Nissans quite a bit in that era I would also suspect the driver's door switch assembly. That's where the power feed is for ALL of the windows. Basically, if you can't find power at the other doors that is where you go.

That assembly is exposed to more dirt, dust, rain, and abuse because that's the door that gets used the most.

I agree it is most likely the master switch, or wiring to other doors.

RE: power windows problem expect dirvers side
I had a problem with a single rear window ('96 maxima). I popped the switch out at that door (it came out fairly easily), cleaned and lubed (silicon) the connection and no more problem.
