99 Villager overheating
Tried so far; pressurized radiator, found and fixed leaking lower intake. Water pump is good. Thermostat good, (even ran without, no joy)pressure tested cylinders and got around 180 psi in all six. tried new radiator, no joy. radiator fan nuns fine. I ran it to the gas station yesterday with a radiator flush solution and water in it, ran fine. Today I flushed it out and filled with antifreeze. Then it over heated again! I put a funnel in the radiator fill point and watched as fluid bubbles come out. Looks like a cracked block, Ideas?

RE: 99 Villager overheating
You probably just have an air pocket trapped in the system. Some vehicles need the front end raised either on a jack or a steep incline to get the radiator cap high enough to purge all of the air. Start the engine with the front end raised and the radiator cap off. As the engine warms watch for air and to see if the coolant level falls. Make sure the radiator is full and the cap on before lowering the front of the car.
