RE: turn signal problem
If all of the lights flash with the 4 ways on I would guess that the the problem is in the turn signal switch. Replacing the switch will require removing the steering wheel if I remember correctly so you will need to be aware of an Air Bag if it is equipped.

Please let us know what you find.

Thanks for using the forum,

RE: turn signal problem
Before you jump the gun here I need to sak what you mean by "doesn't work" because if you mean some lights come on but it fails to flash you may just have a bulb burned out.

To find out you should put the working side on and walk around the car. Note what the lamp assembles look like and how much lights up. Compare the other side. The reason for this is some card do not use all of the lights in the 4-way mode. (saves the battery for longer use periods) You may find one side only lights up half way and that will affect the signals but not the 4-way because of something called a "safety flasher" and that's a clue to burned out bulbs usually.

RE: turn signal problem
The key here is "how many" lights come on and if the right side looks the same as the left while viewing from outside the car. (front and rear)

That car may also have two flashers. One for the 4-way and one for the signals. Did you change the correct one?

I will be away for a few days so hopefully the other guys can follow up more if you still have problems.
