Creaking Front End

Creaking Front End
I just bought a used 2001 Kia Optima. When I am driving normally, turning, going over rough road, ect....actually - anytime - I get a creaking inthe front end.

It doesn't matter how smooth the road is, or how rough it is. It creaks all the time. I got my oil changed at Pennsoil a few days ago, and when they changed it - they always check all fluids, front end, brakes, ect.
I asked them if they could lube the front end because of the creaking. They said that Kia's don't get lubed, because of how they are made. Do you have any idea of what the creaking could be. I thought that it could be the brakes, but it does the creaking without using the brakes. and the tires, rotors and brakes are new. It is very iritating. Should this be something I should worry about, or an easy fix? It is only on the passenger front.
Thank you, Susan

RE: Creaking Front End
There are no grease/lube points on the Kia. That is true. But what you have sounds like a rubber bushing that is worn slightly and rubbing against what ever it is insulating. You can take a can of spary lube, WD40, etc. and spary all the rubber bushings. That may help. If you try to replace bushings, struts, etc. It can get expensive. It you can live with it, it sould be ok. No danger.
